Having secured a leadership position in the USA for their Mobile VPN product  Mobility XE, NetMotion Wireless asked Wheatstone to spearhead the international  expansion of the company.

 

Wheatstone consultants were retained as Vice Presidents of the company performing an International Business Development role.

 

Efforts commenced with a mass marketing campaign, writing to and calling  extensively to known contacts within end user organisations. This was coupled with targeted approaches to potential Partnership organisations including system integrators, mobile platform vendors, device manufacturers and major wireless network providers.

 

Within 4 months of starting the assignment Wheatstone had secured the first enterprise sale to a global telecommunications operator and constructed a sales pipeline valued in excess of $1.2m. Within the same period, trials also commenced in a variety of sectors including Local Government, Healthcare, Utilities, Distribution and Telecoms.
